Enterprise AI & Agentic AI Architect
I am an enterprise AI and data architect with more than 20 years of experience designing and delivering AI, cloud and data platforms. My recent work centres on agentic AI, generative AI, multi-agent systems and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) across Azure, AWS, Google Cloud and Databricks.
I have led architecture, technical strategy, governance and delivery for organisations including Aware Super, Rabobank, Suncorp, BHP, Chevron, Rio Tinto and Education Victoria, working across Australia, the USA, Malaysia, Singapore, Germany and Dubai. I act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and run the client workshops that turn strategy into delivery.
Continuous learning is a habit. I hold doctorates in computer science and business administration, master’s degrees in data science and AI, digital currency and business, and international certifications from Databricks, Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Anthropic and others – and I am recognised as a Databricks Champion, ranked #8 worldwide. I have written three books on reinforcement learning and big data.
Away from work
When I’m not working I stay active – cricket, squash, or the beach on a sunny day. I love to travel and have explored more than 50 countries. Every day I set aside time to write about technology, for blogs and book projects.
