The approach

Designed and delivered an Agentic AI automation framework in ServiceNow to streamline end-to-end HR request processing. Used BYOM LLMs for conversational Q&A and document intelligence, enabling the Virtual Assistant to autonomously handle validations, approvals, and user interactions. Integrated with SAP and SuccessFactors for real-time eligibility checks, data extraction, and writebacks. The solution eliminated 17 manual steps, reduced HR workload by 40 FTEs, and is extendable across other H2R and D2P functions—such as rewards, leave management, enquiry handling, purchase requisitions, supplier onboarding, and invoice validation.
